WinterStorm V - 2021

Tickets are still being sold during the lockdown for WinterStorm and our policy is clearly set out regarding postponements, cancellations and refunds on our Thru' the Storm page linked at the foot of the page.

Before COVID 19 hit we were well on our way to the fastest sell out ever but that kind of ground to a halt althought we have still sold a good number of hotel pacakges and weekend tickets since then.

Loyalty Discount Code

200 loyalty discount tickets were made available and sold within a week of them going on sale. The voucher took £20 off the full Advance Weekend Ticket price below bringing the loyalty price down to £97 plus booking fee (including VAT!)

Day Tickets

A very limited number of Friday and Saturday tickets will be issued but not until after the full line up has been released. These will only be made available subject to availability and not before the end of June 2021.

Storm Force Ten - Monthly Direct Debit

The ten monthly payment option for 2020 sold out 200 packages at the special rate payable over ten months from December through til September - this gives us time to avoid the last minute sending out of tickets experienced this year when final payment were still coming in in November! These tickets were carried forward to 2021

A new limited ten monthly payment offer will be available for 2021 - this will be limited to fifty tickets only and will be released for first payment in January 2021.

The 2021 monthly price includes a discount on the full priced weekend ticket and includes an official 2020 t-shirt and your reusable tumbler!

Booking Fee

A £2 booking fee applies to all adult tickets booked online including the direct debits. No fees applied to under 16 or accommodation packages. A fixed postal charge per order is added at check out. We are applying the booking fee at cost which is an average of less than 3% per ticket for fees and charges as it is just something we cannot absorb. The booking fee is non refundable as it is a direct cost at the time of purchase that we cannot reclaim.

Accommodation Packages

All accommodation packages below included two nights bed and breakfast and weekend tickets for each person. We will again only be asking for a £100 deposit per person at the time of booking and the balance is required top be paid six weeks before arrival. Invoices will be issued separately for the accommodation packages. A very limited number of single and triple packages are available.

Some of the hotel rates have gone up - The Marine Hotel are undergoing a refurbishment ahead of next year for example - and these have had to be passed on. We have tried to

After the 'Storm - Sunday 29th November 2021

Sunday 28th November 2021 | Doors Open 12 noon | Three acoustic sets closing at 6pm | Bar and Food available

Danny Vaughn, Uli Jon Roth and Nathan James were up close and personal in 2019 in the South Beach Sessions room and it was again an enormous hit. These tickets are limited in number as this is a very intimate sit down gig and will only be sold to current ticket holders as an extra and admission will be with ticket and WinterStorm wrist band. We will not put these for sale until the line up has been confirmed.

MacFloyd | Sunday 28th November 2021

Sunday evening entertainment of a different sort with tickets available at a special discounted half price offer for WinterStorm ticket holders. 2019 saw more than 600 people in the hall for Climax Blues Band and Hue and Cry - definitely NOT part of WinterStorm but we have the hall so we'll make the most of it and if you want an extra night in Ayrshire it'll be a superb night from one of the very best Pink Folyd tribute bands too.

These discount tickets will require verification with WinterStorm wrist band for entry on the night. A code will be sent on request to any ticket holder wishing to stay on

Tickets and Entry Policies

Tickets purchased from our own Scotland's For Me Store will be sent out at the latest six weeks before the event.
Skiddle ticket arrangements will be advised when they go on sale
All tickets will be exchanged for Wrist Bands on arrival and they will be required for entry to all areas of the venue.
Additional tickets will be issued for entry to the special After the 'Storm event on the Sunday but as the sale of these tickets are restricted, your wristbands will be needed for this event too.
Beyond the "Line Up Guarantee" period ending 31st January 2021,We are unable to offer refunds on tickets but will facilitate a resale area on the site and Facebook for any un-needed tickets. These will only be advertised at face value or less.

Cancellations and Postponements

Full terms and conditions are available on the website but please note that, outwith the line up guarantee, tickets and accommodation deposits are non refundable. The line up is unfortunately subject to changes beyond our control but equivalent and appropriate substitutions will be made where and when necessary. The ticket sold is for the event and not for a specific artiste and the cancellation and/or change of an artiste should not be seen as a reason for a refund. Tickets are sold on this clear understanding and we hope you understand.
