A week of live events alongside The Open Championship at Royal Troon
Out of Bounds is a diverse celebration of live music and entertainment coinciding with the worlds greatest golf event returning to the Ayrshire coastal town and the message is to get across that while the Open Championship takes place Troon is indeed Open for business.

Venue | Troon Concert Hall
With a capacity of 850 mixed seated/standing or 600 seated this old school venue with balcony offers a superb acoustic experience as well as a great layout. The building can create a great inclusive venue with the traffic flows to a dedicated catering area and small second stage too. Located in the centre of the town it is situated less than two kilometres from The Open Championship venue at Royal Troon.

Tickets
Scotland's For Me Store
This is our direct store and all tickets purchased via the store are physical tickets and being mailed out.
The tickets were meant to be going out about six weeks before the date but we have delayed that until the details of the licensing had been confirmed. These details DO NOT have any impact on the main stage events but for the opening times in the other parts of the building to allow you to plan any pre or post concert food and drinks in the venue.
All physical Tickets will now start going out on Wednesday 12th June.
Skiddle
All tickets purchased on the Skiddle platform are digital and entry can only be gained with the QR code on your mobile device or printed version.
Seated Tickets
Seated tickets for Eddi Reader and Blue Rose Code are allocated; that is that they have specific seat numbers on the tickets. Our team will be in place on your arrival to point you to your correct seat.
Resale of Tickets
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds for purchased tickets. Please be very careful with any social media offering resale tickets. Our recommended resale platform for all of our tickets is Twickets. You can sell or buy on their with a free set up.
Availability of tickets
Tickets will be available for sale through the Skiddle platform and on the door subject to availability right up to doors opening for each events.
There is very limited availability of advance tickets for all four nights as we are holding back a number of tickets for the visitor to be able to purchase.

The Background
Whilst The Open has massive impacts on the tourism sector when it comes to town it quite literally closes the town of Troon off with out-of-town car parking removing traffic and reducing the impacts of the event to local businesses. This is not going to change for 2024 and as before and the policy of no readmission will be applied to the Open at Royal Troon.
The Out of Bounds event is part of a planned business development project (Troons Open) that will allow the towns stakeholders to shout very loudly that the town centre exists and that there are multiple good reasons for attending and breaking from the pre-ordained route planning of the R&A.
The objective is to create a premier events programme with the Troon Concert Hall at its core with satellite events and local business marketing building out from the high profile night-time events and benefitting restaurants, pubs and retailers throughout the week.
