Live@Troon are delighted to present a great night of rockin an rollin blues with two superb tribute bands playing the music of Rory Gallagher and Status Quo. ‘Sinnerboy’, from North West England, have a huge reputation for faithfully recapturing the sound and excitement of a live “Rory Gallasgher gig”. They have played a major role in promoting the revival of Rory’s music for the last thirteen years and apart from gigging extensively in the UK and Ireland, have headlined Rory Gallagher tribute events in England, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Spain, Norway and the USA. They will be supported on the night by Quo Tribute Backwater. Backwater were formed in 2008 by 4 experienced live musicians and are Scotland's Premier Status Quo tribute band. They played their first gig, collectively, at the Eagle Tavern, Prestwick in June 2009, where a short set was well received by an appreciative audience. They have since gone on to be the ultimate choice in Scottish Quo tributes, and one of the most respected in the UK with glowing testimonials wherever they have played as well as an extensive fan base.
